"Glasses were fine, but the packaging was NOT it"
The glasses showed up okay, so no issue there, but the box was totally crushed when it arrived. The padding inside felt cheap too, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected WAY better packaging.

I got frustrated trying to figure out what I was actually going to pay. The price looked one way at first, but once I got further along, it started changing and extra charges showed up that weren’t really explained upfront. I don’t think customers should have to guess or dig around to understand the real cost. Just be transparent from the start and take responsibility for making the pricing clear

"I waited two full weeks for this..."
I waited two full weeks for this delivery and it still never showed up. At first I kept thinking, okay maybe tomorrow, but nope, nothing. my first reaction was just frustration. I’m not ordering from them again...

"Tracking was stuck for days"
The package tracking was frustrating. It stayed wrong for days, and I kept checking back thinking, you know, maybe it would update soon... but it didn’t. I just wanted a clear idea of where my order was, and the tracking made that harder than it needed to be.

"Prescription felt way off"
I ordered glasses from VueSwiss using my usual prescription, but as soon as I put them on, something felt completely wrong. Reading was blurry and I ended up with a headache quickly. I even double checked the prescription details I submitted, and they matched my eye exam exactly. Maybe it was just a lab mistake, but I don’t really want to take the chance again. Weirdly, I remember I was trying to read the ingredients on a cereal box when I first noticed how bad the blur was.

"A Bit Frustrating, But They Fixed It"
I had an issue with my order, which was annoying to deal with, honestly. Support took longer than I would’ve liked, and I was starting to get frustrated, but they did eventually sort it out. Not exactly a smooth experience, but at least it got fixed in the end.

"Pages kept freezing"
The pages kept freezing on me over and over, which was sooo frustrating. I’d be trying to get something done and then it would just stop responding. Reeeally not a smooth experience.

"Refund came through, but it took some effort"
To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, so I can’t say they didn’t resolve it. But the refund took longer than I expected, and I had to send a couple of follow-up emails before things moved along. The replies I got were short too, which made the whole process feel a bit frustrating. It worked out eventually, just not as smoothly as I would’ve liked...

"Durability Was a Letdown"
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering from vueswiss.com: I used the product normally, but it started showing wear way sooner than I expected. For the price, it felt a bit cheaply made. I really wanted to like it, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I tried using a promo code on vueswiss.com and it actually worked just fine, which was great. But the discount wasn’t as big as I was hoping for. Even after checkout, the prices still felt a little high to me. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience AT ALL, I just wish they offered better deals more often...

"Return process could be a lot clearer"
I don’t want to be unfair because the product itself may be fine for other people, but my return experience has been frustrating. The instructions were confusing, and getting help from support took way longer than I expected. I’m still waiting on my refund, so I’m hoping they get it sorted soon. A clearer process and faster updates would make a big difference.

It felt way too tight around my nose and got uncomfortable quickly. Maybe my nose is just not the right shape for it, or maybe it’s made a little too snug, but either way I couldn’t wear it for long without wanting to take it off

"Lenses were fine, but the frames feel cheap :/"
I ordered a pair from vueswiss, and while the lenses are totally fine, the frames were kind of disappointing. They feel really light and plasticky, and the arms already seem a little loose after only a short time. For the price, I expected them to feel sturdier. They look okay from a distance, but once you actually hold them, you can tell they’re not super solid. Not the worst pair ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy frames from here again

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from vueswiss and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking like, okay, maybe it’ll update today, but it just sat there barely changing for days. It was kind of frustrating because I had no real idea when it was actually going to show up. The item itself might be fine, I guess, but the waiting around and not knowing was annoying and definitely not what I thought I was signing up for

"Not the best fit for me"

"I tried placing an order and..."
I tried placing an order and the whole thing was annoying. The pages were loading super slow, checkout kept jumping back on me, and for a bit I wasnt even sure if my payment actually went through. Then the confirmation email took forever to show up too. Defintely not a smooth experience, I thought it would be way easier.
